RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You may return your product within 30 days for a full refund of your product. All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging to JDMwheels.

Once an order has been placed, the customer has 2 hours to cancel it in order to receive a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a refund, you can contact us at admin@jdmwheels.shop. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Õismäe tee 6-130, 13511 Tallinn, Estonia.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and fix it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooldown period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving reasons. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

GUARANTEE
Our products are warranted for one (1) year from the date of original online purchase by the original end user purchaser under normal use and for the intended purpose. If a defect in materials and workmanship is discovered during the warranty period, we will replace the product free of charge, provided that the defective product is sent back to us for evaluation.

This warranty does not apply if the damage is caused by misuse or negligence, or if you simply change your mind. If you would like to apply or need help with a product, please email
